INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES


Dear User,
pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation n. 679/2016 (hereinafter the "Regulation"), and in relation to the personal data of which the site www.homesrealestate.it will come into possession, we inform you of the following:

The Data Controller of your personal data is Silvia Mazzocchi, with agency located in Nebbiuno., Via Cavour n. 21, and the list of managers and/or persons in charge of the treatment itself is kept at the owner's headquarters. Your personal data, as defined by Article 4 of the Regulation – β€œany information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his physical, physiological identity , genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social" - will be processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes and in the manner described below.


1. Purpose of Data Processing.

Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller without your express consent pursuant to article 6, letter b), of the Regulation where the processing is aimed at the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received, in judicial and/or extrajudicial context. Your data may also be processed without your express consent, in accordance with article 6, letter e) of the Regulation, in fulfillment of the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation and/or by an order from the Authority or, pursuant to letter f) of the same article, for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, to send you newsletters or non-commercial communications via e-mail.


2. Methods of data processing.

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations referred to in article 4, n. 2, of the Regulation and more precisely of: collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data is subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing. The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the said service purposes. The treatment is carried out by the Data Controller and/or by the persons in charge of the treatment.


3.Provision of data.

The provision of common, sensitive and judicial personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in the purposes described above.
Your refusal to provide the necessary personal data will make it impossible to carry out the activities described in the purposes of the processing.


4. Data communication.

Without the need for express consent (pursuant to article 6, letters b) and c) of the Regulation), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the aforementioned purposes to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, Insurance companies for the provision of insurance services as well as to those subjects with respect to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of the same purposes.
Your personal data may become known and communicated, for the purposes described above, to internal and external collaborators, subjects operating in the judicial sector, to counterparties and their attorneys in disputes, to boards of arbitrators and, more generally, to all subjects with respect to whom the communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes.
Your information will not be disseminated.


5. Data transfer abroad.

Your personal data will be processed within the territory of the European Union and, in particular, on an internal server at the headquarters of the Data Controller, equipped with a backup system. If for technical and/or operational reasons or for the correct performance of the assignment received it becomes necessary to make use of subjects located outside the European Union, we hereby inform you that these subjects will be appointed as Data Processors pursuant to and for the purposes of article 28 of the Regulation and the transfer of your Personal Data to these subjects, limited to the performance of specific Processing activities, will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of chapter V of the Regulation. All necessary precautions will therefore be taken in order to guarantee the most complete protection of your Personal Data basing this transfer: (a) on adequacy decisions of the recipient third countries expressed by the European Commission; (b) on adequate guarantees expressed by the recipient third party pursuant to Article 46 of the Regulation; (c) on the adoption of binding corporate rules, the so-called corporate binding rules. In any case, you may request further details from the Data Controller if your personal data have been processed outside the European Union, requesting evidence of the specific guarantees adopted.

6. Cookies.


The Data Controller uses some cookies. A cookie is a small text file created by some websites on the user's computer when he accesses a particular site, with the purpose of storing and transporting information. Cookies are sent from a web server (which is the computer on which the website visited is running) to the user's browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) and stored on the latter's computer; they are then re-sent to the website on subsequent visits. No personal user data is acquired by the site for this purpose. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are cc.dd used. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users. The use of cc.dd. session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe exploration and site efficiency. The so-called Session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.

7. Rights of the interested party.

As required by articles 15 and following of the Regulation, you will be able to access your personal data, request its rectification and updating, if incomplete or incorrect, request its cancellation if the collection took place in violation of a law or regulation, as well as oppose the treatment for unlawful and specific reasons. Pursuant to art. 20 of the Regulation, you also have the right to data portability.
